Travis lectures all around the world resolving  mobility issues, teaching proper lifting form, increasing performance and movement.  After lectures Travis was often asked how limited mobility issues could be resolved with minimal equipment, time and simple integration with existing workout programs.  Travis would give some ideas, but his effectiveness was limited due to the short amount of time available.  He decided to put together a short manual and video demonstrating simple ways to get mobility back in joints that did not optimally perform. He began with Optimize Your Shoulders since he has torn both his biceps and pectoralis muscles and has first-hand knowledge that he wanted to share with others.  Due to the popularity he ended up releasing Optimize Your Feet and Ankles as well as Optimize Your Hips and Back.  This "Trilogy" is sure to encompass a full range of mobility problems that can be done with your regular exercise regimen.  

Travis also leads "The Yard" outside of his chiropractic office.  He leads his group three days per week with an advanced workout program developed from his decades of fitness experience.  The results within his group have been outstanding.  Several gyms have contacted him wanting to  also implement the same workout programs.  He has now decided to make the programming available for purchase on our website.  A new program will be released every 2 months.  This program would serve gyms as well as a group of neighbors who want to pitch in some equipment and get after it!  

Lastly, his wife Sarah enjoys working out but has such a hard time making it to a gym with a full time job and 4 kids.  She needed an exercise program she could do in the comfort of her basement with minimal equipment.  Travis designed an amazing one year program for her to follow.  Her progress has been phenomenal and she wanted to share her journey along with the program with others who seek to "Get Jacked at Home."  We are calling it our Get Jacked series.  A new training block will be released every 2 months along with videos and a workout schedule.  Sarah hopes that others will enjoy getting strong and fit at home.

Sarah Jewett is a mom of 4 and a dentist.  She has been passionate about fitness and nutrition throughout her life.  Her goal is to help others discover the joy of exercise and to get more people lifting weights.
